Here’s one of the easiest rainbow pizza recipes for kids, to make getting their 5-a-day both fun and tasty.

Takes about 30 minutes

What you’ll need

  • Bamboo skewers
  • Pineapple, peeled and chopped into triangular pieces
  • Kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
  • Watermelon, peeled, seeded and chopped into rectangular or square pieces
  • Cantaloupe melon, peeled, seeded and chopped into rectangular or square pieces
  • Strawberries, hulled
