TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility:

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Maximum of one entry per monthly draw. Maximum of one prize per person across the promotional period.

Internet access required.

 

Promotional Period:

The promotion will run for 12 months from 00:00 01/01/24 to 23:59 31/12/2024.

Monthly draws will take place across the promotional period.

Any entries received after the close of the promotional period will not be accepted.

 

Entry:

To enter a monthly prize draw, entrants must leave a review of a product from the Plenty range, as listed on the review site (via a drop-down menu) during the promotional period.

Entrants must select the product they wish to review and enter their Display Name, Location, Email address, Overall Rating, Review Title and Review on the official form and click to accept the T&Cs and 'Post Review'. Reviews must be a maximum of 100 words.

Once the entrant has submitted their review, they will automatically be entered into the respective monthly prize draw. Reviews should take no longer than a maximum of five minutes to complete.

Entrants agree that:

i. All reviews submitted are accurate, up to date, reflect the entrant’s true opinion, and is based upon their actual experience with the product being reviewed;

ii. The content submitted is original and was created by the entrant;

iii. The Promoter and its affiliates may use the content for promotional and other purposes as set forth in these rules and the entrant will not be entitled to any compensation for such use.

The Promoter reserves the right to monitors all reviews.

Participants’ entries will be deemed invalid if any review:

• contains false, inaccurate or misleading information;
• contains defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
• infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, rights of publicity rights of privacy, moral rights or any other applicable personal or proprietary rights;
• encourages or advocates any unlawful or unauthorized behaviour or activity or violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
• contains any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
• defames, misrepresents, or contains content for the intended purpose of harassing, threatening or embarrassing individuals or multiple individuals or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
• promotes any political, blasphemous, racial or religious agenda or any content deemed to incite religious hatred;
• includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
• contains any computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

The Promoter does not guarantee that you will have any recourse to edit or delete any review you have submitted. Approved reviews are generally posted within 72 hours. However, the Promoter has the right to remove or refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not the Promoter, are responsible for your review. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Promoter, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

By participating in the promotion, the entrants license and grant the promoter an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their review for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Participants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use where the moral rights in respect of the content are theirs to assert.

Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using multiple identities, multiple email addresses, reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

 

Prize:

1x £100  Plenty Household Towels voucher available to be won per monthly draw. Physical vouchers will be provided to the winners. 12x prizes available in total across the promotional period.

Vouchers will be valid for a minimum of three months. Specific expiry dates will be stated on each voucher. The voucher can be exchanged for Plenty product worth up to the maximum value stated on the voucher or greater when the remaining balance is paid for by the customer. Only one original voucher per transaction. The voucher is not redeemable for cash or transferable and its resale is prohibited. Please do not attempt to redeem the voucher against any other product as refusal to accept may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout. Photocopies, reprints, damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.

No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.

The winners will be selected via a randomised computer process. A winner will be redrawn if they have previously won.

 

Winner Notification:

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 7 working days of each draw date.

Winners are required to respond to their winner notification email within 14 days of initial contact confirming their email address and providing their name, postal address and date of birth. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject their prize or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize available.

Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.

 

Prize Delivery:

Prizes will be delivered via the confirmed by each winner during the claim process within 2 working days of each winner providing valid details and the completion of any verification process.

Winner List:

The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting Contact Us - PlentyWe may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing Contact Us - PlentyThe Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.

 

Verification:

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of age, address or ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

 

Liability:

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

 

Data Protection:

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion.
